Alison H. Weinstein practices in the area of Construction Law & Design Professionals Liability. She represents construction design professionals, owners and contractors in construction disputes and professionals liability claims and litigation. She handles all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, depositions and appearing before state courts. Attorney Weinstein works closely with clients to develop and implement litigation strategies. Her case work includs providing liability analysis, claim evaluations, damages assessments, recommendations and trial preparation. She also represents clients in mediations and private arbitrations.
Attorney Weinstein joined Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. as an associate in 2013. Prior to joining Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, Attorney Weinstein was an associate at Pillinger Miller Tarallo, LLP in New York, where she practiced in the area of insurance defense, including general liability, personal injury, and construction accidents. She also served as a Public Service Fellow in the New York Kings County District Attorney’s Office as a Pro Bono Assistant District Attorney. At the District Attorney's Office she investigated and prosecuted Criminal Court cases.
Attorney Weinstein is a member of the American Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and New Haven County Bar Association.
Attorney Weinstein graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts. She earned her law degree from Fordham University School of Law. Attorney Weinstein is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey.
