Andy practices in the areas of real estate, commercial finance and commercial and business law. He is an elected fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (former Vice Chair, Leasing Subcommittee), the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and the American Bar Foundation. He is currently listed in Best Lawyers in America and was named to Connecticut's Super Lawyer's top 50 lawyer list in 2007 and 2010 and has been named to the Connecticut Super Lawyer's list since its inception. Andy is a current Executive Committee member and a former Chairman of the Connecticut Bar Association's Real Property Section and Commercial Finance Committee and currently serves on several committees of the Real Property Section including, the Common Interest Ownership Manual Revision Committee and the Special Committee on Borrowers' Counsels' Opinion Letters. He is a member of and serves on a number of working committees of the Real Estate Committee of the New Haven County Bar Association and is a former member of that Association's Board of Governors. Andy is a member of the American Bar Association's Real Property, Probate And Trust Law Section (and its leasing committee) and serves on a number of municipal and nonprofit boards. He received his B.A. from Clark University and his law degree from the John Marshall Law School, with distinction. Andy is also a frequent lecturer on various real estate related topics.
