Attorney Michael Neubert obtained a withdrawal, on June 9, 2008, on behalf of ST. Mary\'s Hospital after three days of trial in a medical malpractice and "patient rights" case. The plaintiff alleged that she suffered emotional distress as a result of being wrongfully restrained and violations of her civil rights for sedating her and not discharging her earlier. Eric Stockman was recently named an associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national association that promotes ethical and technical standards of practice in the field of trial advocacy. Mr. Stockman was nominated and approved by ABOTA\'s Connecticut chapter and its National Board after meeting ABOTA\'s jury trial requirements. Greg Pepe will be a featured speaker during a national teleconference hosted by the Managed Care Information Center on January 31, 2008, from 1:15 - 3:00 pm EST.
