Neubert, Pepe & Monteith is committed to building an organization that is as diverse as the clients we serve and as the communities in which we work. We value diverse thought and believe that through recruiting, hiring and promoting people from different cultures and backgrounds, holding varied beliefs and perspectives, the quality of our work life is enriched and the services we provide to our clients are more creative.
We commit to fostering a collaborative workplace that respects, values and supports every individual in the firm, and further, that encourages and provides support for each to meet his or her full potential. The firm commits to building firm leadership that is inclusive of attorneys and staff of varying backgrounds, ideas, practices, and preferences. Furthermore, we support the involvement of our attorneys and staff in professional, social, community, pro bono, and charitable organizations that encourage and promote diversity and inclusiveness.
