Regina Frangipane has been in the legal field for 15 years with a focus on real estate transactions. She attended Southern Connecticut State University and Branford Hall Career Institute where she received her paralegal certification. Currently Regina works extensively with attorneys in preparation of documentation needed in connection with commercial loans, business transactions, real estate sales and acquisitions and business entity formations. She is an associate member of the New Haven County Bar Association and is a member of the New Haven County Association of Paralegals where she served as a board member from 2002 through 2004. Regina also serves as an auction committee member for Cold Spring School in New Haven and is an active member of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).
