Attorney Ruszkowski joined the firm in 2009 as an Associate. She is experienced in representing both individual and institutional health care providers in medical malpractice and general liability claims.

She received her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Sacred Heart University, graduating with honors in 2001 and went on to receive her law degree in 2005 from the University of Connecticut, School of Law. While in law school she was awarded the Cali Award for Excellence in Trial Practice and in Globalization and the Environment. Prior to joining the firm Attorney Ruszkowski was an Associate at Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach, LLP in Stamford, Connecticut and prior to that served as a Legal Research Law Clerk for the State of Connecticut. Attorney Ruszkowski is a member of the Connecticut and New Haven County Bar Associations as well as the Connecticut Society of Health Care Risk Management.
