Mr. Fay has significant litigation experience in the areas of professional liability defense, product liability defense, premises and general liability defense, and commercial litigation. His professional clients include real estate brokers and salespeople, appraisers, home inspectors, surveyors, physicians, attorneys, and insurance brokers and agents. In addition to his professional clients, Mr. Fay's clients have included retailers, automobile manufacturers and distributors, hospitals, and recreational facilities. Mr. Fay is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts, and he has successfully tried both jury and court cases. He also has successfully argued appeals in the Connecticut Appellate Court and the Connecticut Supreme Court. He also represents professionals in matters before the Department of Consumer Protection and the Commission on Human Rights & Opportunities. Mr. Fay practiced for four years at Gager & Henry in Waterbury before joining Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. in June, 1994. He became a principal of the firm in November 1997.
